1. Introduction & Scope

AiPromptLabs ("we," "our," or "the Platform") operates https://www.aipromptlabs.online. We provide an open library, curation engine, and community space for prompt engineers, researchers, and creators using generative AI models including Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E, Flux, GPT-4, and Claude.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit, browse, submit prompts, or interact with our services, and how that information is handled with care and integrity.

We only collect data necessary to provide a high-performance, spam-free discovery experience:

Account & Authentication: If you register or log in, we store your username, email address, and a cryptographically salted password hash (Argon2id). Plaintext passwords are never stored.
User Contributions: Prompt titles, detailed prompt texts, tags, target model selections, and uploaded output images or thumbnails.
Community Interaction Metrics: Aggregated interaction signals including 1-click clipboard copies, favorites/likes, views, and social network share counts.
Technical & Security Telemetry: Anonymized server logs, IP addresses (used exclusively for rate limiting, anti-abuse, and CAPTCHA validation), and user-agent strings.

We do not collect sensitive personal categories, financial data, or payment information.

3. How We Use Your Information

To organize, index, and display prompt collections by categories and models.
To power discovery features such as the Random Spotlight Prompt and trending feeds.
To protect platform integrity against automated bots and scrapers via non-intrusive CAPTCHA checks.
To generate rich, high-resolution social preview cards when sharing links on X (Twitter), WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

4. Intellectual Property & AI Generation

Prompts submitted to AiPromptLabs are published to inspire other creators. By submitting a prompt, you grant AiPromptLabs a non-exclusive license to display, index, and format the prompt for community testing. You represent that you own or have the right to publish any uploaded sample output images and that submissions comply with our community safety standards.

5. Infrastructure & Hosting Partner

AiPromptLabs is hosted and powered by HotShells WSP. Server infrastructure utilizes hardened LiteSpeed web engines and MariaDB databases maintained under strict physical and electronic access controls.

6. Data Protection & Security Controls

We implement modern security safeguards to prevent unauthorized access:

Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3): All browser communication is encrypted in transit.
CSRF Token Defenses: Every form and state-modifying POST request validates a 64-character cryptographic token.
Automated Backups: Secure offsite database and file snapshots protect against disaster loss.
